Pzena Investment Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s hiring and people infrastructure. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role for an experienced Financial Services recruiter who thrives in a small, high-performing HR team and brings a strong interest in supporting broader HR initiatives. In partnership with the Talent Delivery and Advisory Lead, the role combines full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle with meaningful exposure across onboarding, workforce planning, campus programs, benchmarking, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who combines strategic cross-functional partnership with disciplined execution.
