About The Position

CTG is seeking a Talend ETL Developer (Snowflake) for our client. This role is ideal for a hands-on ETL developer with strong Talend, Snowflake, SQL, and Unix experience who can work across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support in an enterprise data environment.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 8 months

Requirements

• Strong experience with Talend ETL development
• Hands-on Snowflake experience (data loading, querying, performance tuning)
• Strong SQL and Unix/Linux scripting skills
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work in onshore/offshore delivery environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• MongoDB experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL solutions using Talend based on architectural design specifications
• Collaborate with architects and designers to refine and implement technical designs
• Build, test, and validate ETL code; document unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles
• Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across multiple testing phases
• Support production deployments including planning, scheduling, and change management approvals
• Provide post-production support, including incident resolution and ETL issue remediation
• Optimize ETL performance and ensure scalable data processing in Snowflake
• Work with production support and infrastructure teams during releases and incident resolution
• Participate in CI/CD processes using GitLab and related tools
