Responsibilities

• Visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to include verifying portion, presentation and guest’s specifications.
• Responsible for all aspects of food delivery; set up and stock product for each shift; maintain backup storage, and clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Organize and deliver dishes to the guests.
• Handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM; Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
• Communicate clearly.
• Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
• Assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Guest focused and like to multi-task.
• Want to be part of a team and create fun
