About The Position

P.F. Chang's is hiring for all hospitality and kitchen positions at a new location in Laredo. The hiring process is currently ongoing, with a temporary hiring site available from October 3rd to October 14th. The position available is for a full-time and part-time hourly Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. The role involves ensuring guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience is not required - we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain the card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests' orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guests' questions.
• Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
