REPORTS TO General Manager SCHEDULE This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must.
Requirements
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
- High school education is required
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
Responsibilities
- Always keep the take-out/expeditor area clean and free from any unnecessary items
- Check all items of the order for completion, accuracy, and to-go orders/table numbers
- Communicate with servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
- Be aware of and be able to inform Guests of Pacific Catch’s ingredients and components of all food and beverage items, as well as how to find this information if more details are needed
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
- Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
