About The Position

Our client Tailwinds Psychology LLC is a growing private group psychology practice serving individuals and families throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. Their mission is to provide responsive, high-quality, and evidence-based psychological care with a team-oriented and values-driven approach. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented licensed testing psychologist to join their team and grow with them. We are currently hiring full-time PMHNPs to provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management services for clients across the lifespan. The PMHNP will work in close collaboration with our therapy and testing teams, ensuring clients receive coordinated and compassionate care. This is a clinical role with strong administrative and billing support. Clinicians manage their own caseloads with full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, credentialing, AI-enabled automated documentation (with client consent), and marketing, so clinicians can focus on client care.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Illinois APRN license with PMHNP certification.
• Active Illinois Controlled Substance License and DEA registration.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong training considered).
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.
• Minimum commitment of 30 billable clinical hours/week for full-time designation.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
