As the Laundry Attendant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the park running smoothly. Job Summary: Tailors are responsible for hemming ripped garments, making adjustments, and assiting in the Uniform Room with handing out uniforms to incoming employees. Requirements

Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately.
Business communication skills, including professional telephone manner and clear, concise, and professional written communication.
Organizational skills including the ability to work with items in queue, managing sewing supplies, and prioritizing and scheduling tasks.
Mechanical ability, including the ability to operate and make routine adjustments to a sewing machine and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

Manages incoming telephone calls, passing messages and taking action as appropriate
Completes required uniform tracking forms promptly and accurately according to laundry procedures. Enters uniform issue data into a computerized database according to laundry procedures
Repairs damaged clothing and uniforms, including hand and machine sewing, replacement of buttons and zippers, and other repairs as needed
Performs minor alterations, including hemming pants and sleeves
Operates sewing machines and hand irons
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area according to laundry policy
Assists with uniform inventories, laundry operations, and special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned on-site
