Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Manage Tag & Title incoming tickets in Freshservice and track tickets with detail notes and follow-ups ensuring timely completion. Coordinate, collect, and finalize customer paperwork with DocuSign ensuring completeness meeting state and federal regulations, as well as Ring Power's policies. Provide excellent customer service to Ring Power's internal and external customers, exceeding expectations when possible. Complete customer packets with all necessary documents, pulling titles or MSO's, scanning and saving files. Promptly identify, troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve issues, escalating when necessary. Efficiently expedite projects, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Participate in cross-functional training. Perform other duties as assigned.
