About The Position

Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Manage Tag & Title incoming tickets in Freshservice and track tickets with detail notes and follow-ups ensuring timely completion. Coordinate, collect, and finalize customer paperwork with DocuSign ensuring completeness meeting state and federal regulations, as well as Ring Power's policies. Provide excellent customer service to Ring Power's internal and external customers, exceeding expectations when possible. Complete customer packets with all necessary documents, pulling titles or MSO's, scanning and saving files. Promptly identify, troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve issues, escalating when necessary. Efficiently expedite projects, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Participate in cross-functional training. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years
  • Knowledge of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Systems (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Software systems - Freshservice Ticketing Software, DocuSign, Texada.
  • Dealership or DMV experience with titles and registrations.
