Job Summary Research Management at Mass General Brigham supports one of the nation’s largest academic research enterprises by overseeing the full lifecycle of research. The team partners with investigators and departments to develop proposals, negotiate and manage research contracts, administer awards, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial stewardship across a diverse portfolio of federal, industry, and foundation funding. Research Management plays a critical role in enabling high‑impact scientific discovery by delivering expert guidance, operational efficiency, and consistent institutional oversight. The Research Management Transactional Affairs Group drafts and negotiates research agreements in service of its mission to translate Mass General Brigham’s science to the patient bedside. The legal agreements are of high volume, and must comport with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the hospital’s policies. The accepted candidate will assist transactional associates with managing transactions, information, correspondence and contracts. This is a paid position at $20 per hour for 40 hours per week and will be a fully-remote working environment.
