BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and Air Advisor Leadership Instructor in support of the United States Air Force Expeditionary Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Position is subject to contract award Specific Duties: Shall provide instruction and evaluations to students on the latest Air Advisor related Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Shall teach subjects such as, but not limited to Air Advisor Roles and Responsibilities, Key Traits for Advisors, Advisory Operations, Instructor Fundamentals, Mission Planning, Interpreter Application, Fundamentals of Advising, Cybersecurity Policies, Information & Intelligence in Support of AA Activities, Public Affairs and Media Relations, Area Study/Mission Analysis, Capabilities Based Assessment, AOR Update with Current Threat Brief, OPSEC Training and Counter-Intelligence Awareness Brief, Strategic Agility, Key Leader Engagement, Country Security Forces Assessment, Mission Operations, Leader/Influence Competencies, etc. Shall provide instruction on media relations and dealing with the media, to include mock interviews and tape editing for classroom playback. Shall provide instruction on the fundamentals of conducting an operating environment analysis. Shall provide students with mission specific task information/analysis as required. Liaison with AFSOC, USAF EC TTP section, Air Force Geographic Component Commands, MAJCOMs, and other advisor organizations to ensure curriculum remains relevant and current. Assist in writing and updating Air Advisor TTPs. General Tasks and Responsibilities: Meet minimum USAF EOS Student and Qualified Instructor requirements at government expense and IAW EOS-established policy and contract. Serve as the focal point and SME in their respective discipline. When qualified, be prepared to assist and teach lessons in other disciplines as determined by the Site Manager. Provide technical support, planning, consultation, analysis and expert advice to establish, maintain, and improve their respective area’s instruction. Develop, update, revise, and deliver their respective area’s curriculum and courseware within USAF EOS-established policy. Ensure the most current student education and training materials are used and are provided to each student at the beginning of each lesson, as required. Produce, assemble, and manage student materials as required to include paper and/or electronic (DVDs, etc.) based training materials provided by the Government. Prepare classroom for instruction and ensure academic equipment, projectors, televisions, computer learning stations, etc., including uploading of computer-based training, if applicable, are functional. Begin each lesson on time and teach for the prescribed amount of time IAW the student schedule unless the COR authorizes a schedule deviation. Perform instruction/demonstration and student evaluations as required by the syllabi and lesson plan. Maintain satisfactory or above on Government administered instructor evaluations. Review learning objectives with students in preparation for examinations. Follows USAF EOS-established policy for make-up/remedial instruction for missed classes or failed examinations. Attend meetings, conferences, and symposiums on topics related to their area of expertise and participate in instructor professional development. Be prepared to teach lessons as directed by the Site Manager to balance instructor workload and to meet mission requirements.
