Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with the design and development of command and control (C2) systems and data links.
  • 4+ years of experience with information assurance and systems engineering.
  • Experience with software engineering, development and Agile methodology.
  • Experience with Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and analysis of new and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation, specifications, and drawings.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, mathematics, or physics.
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 IAT II certification within 90 days of hire date.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with emergent technologies.
  • Experience managing engineering and integrating requirements through DoD processes, architectures, and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Software-defined Radios or Tactical Data Link products.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically, problem solve, and work independently.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, mathematics, or physics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop command and control (C2) systems and data links.
  • Engineer solutions for digital communications, signals intelligence, and radio frequency (RF) communications.
  • Conduct system assessment, design definition, system specifications, integration and interoperability, T&E, and logistics in support of C4ISR requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, specifications, and drawings.
  • Act as subject matter expert in collaboration meetings, including management, design, and technical reviews.
  • Interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop program-level documentation including briefings, white papers, and transition plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical exchanges and conduct high-level operational planning.
