About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Armed Security Agent - Shift Supervisor. This role requires a keen ability to read the environment, anticipate risks, and act accordingly. The position involves physical activity throughout the shift, patrolling various environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The schedule is set for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a competitive hourly wage of $33. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees. Requirements

• Must have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
• Must have BSIS exposed firearm permit
• Must have one year of security supervisor experience
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Have a driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Responsibilities

• Conducting post checks of officers under your supervision
• Training new officers
• Ensuring 100% coverage of your site to prevent dark posts
• Issuing corrective action forms (CAFs)
• Patrolling sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verifying identities and controlling access to secure areas
• Reacting quickly to threats or incidents
• Checking the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Documenting incidents and actions taken
• Responding to alarms and conducting on-site checks
• Collaborating with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property
