As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead all facets of airborne tactical SIGINT and MULTI-INT solutions crafted by CACI for the TACMOBILE program office within PEO C4I. You will helm a multidisciplinary team comprising Assistant Program Managers, Program Analysts, Systems Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, dedicated to furnishing top-tier capabilities for the Navy SIGINT community. Alongside your team, you will fulfill CACI’s contractual obligations to the Navy, devise strategies to enhance Navy airborne SIGINT and Multi-INT capabilities, and work closely with clients to pinpoint unfulfilled mission requirements and create and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Requires a degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years work experience in a technical field related to Signals Intelligence or other Multi-INT technologies
• 5+ years technical supervisory/management experience
• Ability to understand and effectively explain technical architectures and implementations associated with complex Multi-INT and distributed intelligence solutions to Customer Leadership and Subject Matter Experts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• High degree of attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining cooperative, force multiplying relationships with peers within the company

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical, schedule, budget, and personnel requirements for CACI’s TACMOBILE Program
• Responsibility for one or more CACI prime contracts
• Provide periodic program updates to the customer including quarterly program reviews capturing technical and program (milestones, expenditures, risks) execution
• Proactively identify risks, develop and execution mitigation strategies as a partner to Customer representatives in the corresponding specialties of Information Assurance, Flight Readiness/Fitness for Flight, Global Network Connectivity, and mission support systems
• Form and foster customer relationships to develop the strategy and plans to advance and grow the customer core Multi-INT cross-platform tactical mission
• Translate customer mission needs and opportunities into program strategies, plans, and requirements
• Manage a cross-functional program team comprised of Project Managers, System Engineers, Program Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
• Coordinate with internal functional teams to identify staffing requirements to fulfill customer objectives
• Lead proposal and contract activities including business and technical responses to customer requests for proposal, drafting of statement of technical objectives, drafting of proposal volumes, etc.
