The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team provides technical support to the company’s end users over the phone, in person, or remotely via remote access software. Responsibilities for the Warehouse Specialist include staging and maintaining depot stock of corporate and retail endpoints and assets. Maintains visibility into hardware stock and conducts auditing and warehouse functions accordingly. Works closely with IT Logistics Coordinator and Endpoint Management to ensure that hardware requests and staging are happening to leadership expectations and service level agreement. This is an onsite position.
