Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data & Analytics consulting.
• Strong report development skills with Tableau Desktop/Server.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms.
• Effective communication skills with teammates and clients.

Nice To Haves

• Tableau certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Connect Tableau to various data sources, build optimized Tableau data models using best practices, and ensure model scalability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor team members to elevate team performance.
• Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and technical reviews.
• Stay updated on Tableau features and industry trends.
