About The Position

The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for performing all duties according to Casino Queen policies, procedures, and Internal Controls. Responsible for direct supervision of table floor operations, resolving customer complaints and supervision of dealers. Responsible for providing a safe environment for patrons and employees. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 2-years of experience performing and managing duties of table games department personnel, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
  • Gaming industry experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college level classes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build guest and team member positive relations
  • Participates and conducts departmental meetings.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality service to all team members and guests.
  • Set and maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve a favorable gaming experience for guests.
  • Supervises and monitor table game operations and dealers.
  • Satisfactorily perform all job duties of a dealer.
  • Satisfactorily resolves customer complaints and / or disputes.
  • Ensures departmental documents are complete, accurate, and legible.
  • Comply with all rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to department.
  • Evaluate dealers and place them at appropriate tables based on dealer skills.
  • Issue complimentary items to patrons to players.
  • Coordinate with other department to ensure gaming integrity.
  • Ability to repair minor table game machine malfunctions.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Possess strong organizational, supervisory, and management skills.
  • Possess strong patron related skills.
  • Possess basic computer, math, statistical math and financial math skills.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Complete assignable work requested by management.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Other duties as assigned.
