JOB SUMMARY: Directs and supervises all activities of dealers in order to assure to proper performance and compliance with the company's established policies and procedures, Title 31 and pertinent gaming laws. Has the authority to issue markers to players authorized for credit. Maintains records of all credit issued and ensures guests do not exceed limit. Orders fills and credits to properly maintain table bankrolls. Observes hotel and casino guests and keeps the Table Games & Casino Manager informed of all activities. Handles complaints from subordinates and guests. Acts as a customer relations representative and host for the casino.
