Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six months to one year experience in Table Games or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Work closely with Manager Table Games Shift to implement and oversee overall strategies for customer service, comping, and expense management to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure the overall integrity of daily operations and model regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Drive improved results through staff development and training programs.
  • Schedule (plan, assign and direct work) to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction on assigned tables.
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards.
  • Ensure efficient operations table games protection during assigned shift.
  • Monitor chips and cash transactions between dealers and customers.
  • Account for chips on assigned games, including making fills and credits as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
