About The Position

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. This position is responsible for the following: Oversees table games in an assigned area and on shift Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix Supervises the Dealer(s) and the Pit Clerk(s) Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training Ensures that customers behave properly and protects games personnel Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Must make sound and ethical judgments Analyze customers play; cheating scams, counters, and unusual or suspicious variations of play Leads and directs the work of others using a certain degree of constructive and positive feedback Comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations Working knowledge of Oasis systems including but not limited to the following: printing, entering and paying markers, updating customer information within the player tracking system, Marketing reports, W2G printing & display, and Gaming & Table Reports Must be able to create and efficiently run schedules and road mapping When acting as a Table Games Assistant Shift Manager, this position will report to the Casino Shift Manager Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of employment as a Dealer or TG Supervisor within the last 10 years
  • A minimum of six month of employment as a Dealer within the same licensed facility
  • Must complete all required company training
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid G2 credential.
