About The Position

To maintain accurate player tracking in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations. Provide exceptional guest service.

Requirements

A Colorado Support Gaming License is Required.

Responsibilities

Accurately track player transactions through the player tracking system
Maintain a clean table games area.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Create new player accounts.
Provides personal attention and assistance to customers. Verifies customer winning and explains gaming rules and regulations, as necessary.
Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to management in reference to alcohol consumption by patrons.
Always maintains a general awareness of table operations.
Handle and resolve minor employee issues such as schedules and dealer rotations.
Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games management.
Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.
Floor Supervisors are responsible for accurately tracking the performance of their team members. Teams are assigned by Table Games management and made up of dealers and dual rate employees.
Ensure team members properly and timely complete all required trainings.
