As a Pit Supervisor, you're the energy behind the action on the casino floor. You'll keep the games flowing, support your dealers, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, fair, and exciting gaming experience. With your leadership and eye for detail, you'll balance operational integrity with world-class guest service-all while keeping the pit running smoothly.

  • Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
  • Keep everything above board-ensure the pit team follows all federal, state, tribal, and company policies and procedures.
  • Be the expert-know the rules of every game you oversee and confidently guide both players and dealers.
  • Communicate clearly and often with guests, dealers, and leadership to keep the pit connected and efficient.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional, and approachable style.
  • Stay organized-accurately complete pit paperwork, payroll records, and sign-off documents.
  • Build guest connections by being visible, approachable, and attentive on the floor.
  • Represent your team with professionalism and integrity, especially in matters involving payroll or operations.
  • Lead by example with honesty, confidentiality, and a leadership style that inspires trust and excellence.
  • Join in on team meetings and training sessions to stay sharp and up to speed.
  • Bring our hospitality philosophy to life for both guests and fellow team members.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
  • GED or HS Diploma required with a certificate from a dealer school a plus.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the rules of all games supervised.
  • Proven competencies in communication skills, policy enforcement and employee management required.
  • Computer literacy and multi-game experience preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
