The primary purpose of this position is to effectively deal all games qualified on to our guests in a manner that portrays both the professionalism and service standards set forth by the management of Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.

  • Promote a clean, safe, healthy and friendly work environment for employees and guests; report and direct safety issues to Safety Committee.
  • Efficiently deal the table games as described in established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with federal, state and tribal regulations.
  • Maintain under normal circumstances an average game pace.
  • Deliver to the best of your ability and job limitations, a level of superior customer service.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork specific to your game.
  • Effectively represent yourself in matters of payroll and operational integrity.
  • Exhibit a personal leadership style that reflects professional excellence, integrity and a mature understanding for the necessity to guard and control confidential information.
  • Participate in mandatory informational meetings and training sessions as scheduled by management.
  • Understand and demonstrate company and department philosophies, and actively promote this philosophy to the guests and employees of Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must have successfully dealt at a credible gaming establishment, be certified through a credible dealing school or pass a training program through the Table Games Department at The Mill Casino.
  • Must pass an audition with representatives of the Tribal Gaming Commission and the Table Games Department of The Mill Casino. Audition must be dealt using established policies and procedures of The Mill Casino.
  • Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies.
