The Opportunity Responsible for the supervision and the daily operations of the Table Games Department with decision making authority. What You Get To Do Project a positive image of the Grand Casino and the Table Games department. Provide exceptional Guest service to both internal and external Guests. Directly supervises and assigns tasks to Supervisors and/or Dealers. Review and approve casino complimentary items to Guest. Adjust games spread to provide for optimal labor efficiency and Guest service. Ensure compliance with all applicable State, Federal and Tribal Gaming laws and regulations, as well as all departmental policies and procedures. Accountability to the highest degree for the control, discretion, accuracy and thoroughness of all records and reports. Assist with hiring, transfer, promote, evaluate, assign tasks and disciplinary action with all Table Games Associates in a fair and equitable manner. Inform Gaming leadership of important, relevant facts regarding specific players and/or major fluctuations of a game. Management of Table Games and staff, includes but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, training, counseling and discipline, evaluations, and development of staff members. Generate various operating reports as directed by Gaming executives. Maintain the ability to perform all job functions and duties within the department. Develop table game promotions and coordinate across property and departments including but not limited to, Marketing and Revenue audit. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Gaming Director.
