To supervise the Operations of table games in an assigned area on a shift.
Requirements
Must pass Leech Lake Gaming approved Dealer’s Training Course and approved Floor Supervisor’s Training Course.
Good hand dexterity.
Pleasant personality and excellent guest services.
Basic math skills.
Neat, clean and professional.
Able to endure positioning and standing for long periods of time which could cause stress to mental concentration.
Able to withstand positioning which can cause stress to various parts of the body.
Knowledge of State Gaming Compact, Leech Lake Gaming Internal Controls and Casino house rules.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or General Education Equivalency (GED)
One to two years related experience.
Must meet Tribal/State compact licensing requirements, pass criminal background check and submit to drug testing.
Responsibilities
Has the ability to perform all functions of supervised positions.
Supervises table games in an assigned area of the department.
Reviews table trays to ensure an adequate inventory of chips and tokens.
Assists in maintaining the necessary records pertaining to activities in the department.
Determines that required facilities and equipment are available and functioning properly.
Provides proper security and accountability of Blackjack funds.
Greets guests and see that they are properly hosted.
Handles guest complaints.
Makes Shift Supervisor aware of all Title 31 transactions.
Rates players on a daily basis.
Rates and evaluates dealers on a daily basis, also complete annual evaluations.
Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
