About The Position

The position involves overseeing all aspects of the game supervised, ensuring that utilization reports are accurately completed, and maintaining proper inventory of cheques on table games to facilitate quick and accurate payouts. The role also includes training and mentoring all team members to uphold service standards and support future growth. Effective communication with the incoming Floor Supervisor is essential, as well as ensuring the integrity of games in the assigned section.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Two years' experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills.
• Ability to work any shift.
