About The Position

Deals and controls a variety of games as assigned. Ensures that the game(s) are dealt and that collections are taken in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to deal Blackjack and all other card games offered on the gaming floor
• Demonstrates good math skills
• Ability to follow directions, instructions and implement tasks as given
• Excelled oral and auditory skills
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Previous dealing experience or formal training course completion required
• Ability to lift 25 lb. while standing or bending.
• Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Manual and finger dexterity is a requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to deal Poker, Roulette and Craps preferable

Responsibilities

• Conducts games according to applicable polices and regulations
• Manages and maintains chips during the course of a game
• Collects and distributes cash and chips to customers
• Controls the pace of the game
• Notifies the Floor Supervisor of any irregularities notes in customer play or other transactions during the shift/push
• Promotes Clearly Superior Customer Service
• Other duties as deemed necessary
