About The Position

The Table Games Dual Rate Academy at Horseshoe Indianapolis offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to enter the gaming industry without prior experience. This full-time position includes a comprehensive training program focused on Blackjack, leading to immediate advancement opportunities as a Dual Rate Supervisor. Participants will be paid during training and will gain valuable skills to enhance their careers within Caesars Entertainment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong math skills preferred.
• No prior experience required, entry-level position.
• Ability to stand for up to 80 minutes while dealing and 2+ hours while supervising.
• Must pass a pre-employment background screening.
• Qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license with the Indiana Gaming Commission.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete the Table Games Dual Rate Blackjack Academy training program.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in Blackjack and other table games.
• Participate in Leadership training after graduation to prepare for supervisory roles.
• Embrace and adhere to Indiana gaming regulations and Caesars policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and entertainment to guests on the casino floor.
