About The Position

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for conducting and controlling the play of a particular game, such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, etc.

Must be at least 21 years of age
Dealer School certificate preferred.
3+ months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.

Delivers great customer service by dealing all games offered by Horseshoe Baltimore in a friendly and helpful manner with an upbeat/positive attitude.
Assists in training guests not familiar with various table games products.
Promotes table and poker games and serves guests while standing on dead games.
Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
Deals games in accordance with internal controls, Maryland Lottery Gaming Control Commission regulations and company policy.
Informs Supervisor and/or Manager of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on game.
Safeguard casino assets.
Responsible for the protection and control of the game.
Conducts the games in accordance with Company policies and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and gaming regulatory requirements.
Verify and sign for Fills, Credits, Marker Issuance, and all documentation's listed in Horseshoes Internal Controls. Handling guest transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor of any irregularities.
Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.
Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
Able to maintain applicable departmental dealer efficiency metrics.
