About The Position

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all table games offered by Grand Lake Casino.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. and must be able to pass a live audition and/or math test.
• Required to obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license and a state issued I.D.
• All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to beginning employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, have good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service and dealing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately deal all table games offered by Grand Lake Casino.
• Pay winnings and collect losing bets as established by the rules and procedures for a specific game.
• Open and close games.
• Perform fills and credits for games.
• Inspect cards and equipment that will be used in games to ensure that they are in good condition.
• Promote positive customer service relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and rules for table games.
• Adhere to the strict confidentiality of all information.
