This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Adhering to set forth table games policies, procedures and internal controls while ensuring the security and integrity of the games at all times. Providing guest with memorable gaming experience by greeting and behaving in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Explaining and interpreting the rules of the games to guest. Performing other duties as assigned in order to support efficient operation of the department. But don’t worry—we will train you to be great at this! What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.
