About The Position

Class to be held Tuesday -Saturday 01/13/2026 thru 01/24/2026, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PART 1: Blackjack - unpaid PART 2: Contingent upon successful completion/audition of Blackjack, secondary game training - will be paid to attend MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Protects and controls specific game assigned. Conducts the games in accordance with policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any irregularities. Advises the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game. Informs the Floor Supervisor or other more senior Table Games personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action. Utilize ACT standards at all times while maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere. Notify a Floor Person of any guest needs; i.e., cocktails, host service, etc. Keeps abreast of, and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions. Responsible to learn new games when provided appropriate training. Maintains current knowledge of gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures. Meeting the department standards for game pace while maintaining accuracy. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven dealer experience, or having successfully passed an audition on the assigned game(s) required.
  • Basic knowledge of all casino and departmental policies & procedures required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
