Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Completion of Dealers School or six months of experience as a dealer with at least two high-volume games; Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc. required.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain rapport with guests.
- Provides fast, flawless, personalized service to players.
- Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and internal Controls.
- Provide appropriate game protection.
