Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training.
  • Must be willing to be interviewed and Auditioned.
  • Must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival at the table and provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our customers.
  • Explain aspects of various table games to our gaming customers.
  • Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, state Gaming Regulations and internal controls.
  • Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures.
  • Notify the Floor Supervisor of any customer needs; i.e. cocktails, host service etc.
  • Report any unusual situations to the Games Floor Supervisor.
