About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Gaming Registration Tam Card.
• Three years of experience in table games, preferably in pit operations.
• Two years in a supervisory or dual-rated capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of Title 31 and internal controls.
• Excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to Pit operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of two to eight table games on an assigned shift.
• Ensure guest service and security of casino assets.
• Display a working knowledge of all table games and house rules.
• Fill coin and check racks at all times.
• Resolve disputes among guests, escalating difficult cases to management.
• Interact with guests to enhance their gaming experience.
• Monitor and report any unusual activities in the gaming area.
• Counsel and coach assigned personnel in their duties.
• Prepare and coordinate performance reviews for team members.
