In the FREE training running from December 1st, 2025, to February 27th, 2026, you will gain proficiency in all core responsibilities: Guest Service & Experience: You will master providing the "prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing" required to create an "entertaining and efficient gaming experience." Security & Integrity: You will be trained in the critical responsibility of "maintaining inspection of decks and gaming equipment" and "ensuring the security and integrity of the game at all times." Game Management & Finance: You'll learn the essential mechanics of dealing, including "precise counts and payouts," safely "exchanging guest currency for gaming chips," and maintaining the security of all currency and chips. Rules & Compliance: You will be drilled on all established rules and procedures, ensuring you can "assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures." Upon successful completion of the training, you will fulfill the "Must successfully complete training in Cherokee Nation Entertainment Gaming Academy" qualification and be prepared to pass the final audition for a potential job offer. Requirements

  • Must successfully complete training in Cherokee Nation Entertainment Gaming Academy
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week un-paid, on-site at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for training for a total of 240 hours to successfully test at completion of class.
