ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area. Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets. Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures. Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary. Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. A high school diploma or GED . Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License. Good eye-hand coordination. Able to add monies and chips to properly payout winning bets. Good guest service and communication skills. Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Walk, stand, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear, and communicate in English. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Bend, and reach frequently. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures and bright flashing lights. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
