About The Position

Sorinex Exercise Equipment, based in Lexington, SC, is a leader in fitness equipment manufacturing and innovation with over 40 years of experience. They build high-quality gym and strength training equipment for various clients including home gyms, college athletics, professional sports teams, and the U.S. military. The company is growing and offers direct-hire opportunities with long-term career potential. Sorinex is seeking a skilled and motivated individual for their print shop (merchandise department). This full-time, in-person position focuses on fast-paced production and fulfillment of apparel items. The primary functions include managing inventory of products used for web sales and marketing events, and then packing and staging finished products for shipping to customers.

Requirements

T-Shirt Printing: 2 years

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma
Valid state-issued Driver's License

Responsibilities

Manage the full screen printing process, including setup, operation, and maintenance of manual and automated presses
Oversee inventory tasks such as folding, counting, and organizing finished goods
Perform routine preventative maintenance on printing and production equipment
Troubleshoot production issues and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the process
Meet or exceed established production output goals for the department
Support order fulfillment by accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
Assist with general upkeep of the print shop, including cleaning and organizing work areas
Perform other related duties as assigned
