About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented T-Shirt Designer to join our dynamic team in Detroit, MI. Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and product management processes.
• Excellent illustration skills with the ability to communicate ideas visually.
• Knowledge of fashion styling principles and color theory.
• Ability to sew or work closely with seamstresses for prototype development is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across teams.
