About The Position
Rappahannock Community College (RCC) seeks applicants for the TRiO Programs Support Specialist who performs a broad range of administrative support duties for Student Support Services and Upward Bound programs to ensure efficient operations. This is a full-time, restricted, grant-funded position. Continuation of the position is dependent upon grant funding. The anticipated salary range is $40,000 to $44,000, commensurate with experience. This role is based at RCC's Glenns Campus with weekly travel to the Warsaw Campus. The College desires candidates with a commitment to the community college mission and experience working with a diverse student population, including adult learners and first-generation students.
