About The Position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom serves as the leader of a retail team, embodying the T-Mobile brand and Arch Telecom's core values. The RSM is responsible for leading by example, fostering a positive team environment, and building meaningful customer relationships while achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Complete training on T-Mobile products, services, and operational processes.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to appropriate channels.
