About The Position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom serves as the leader of a retail team, embodying the T-Mobile brand and core values. This role focuses on driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and managing store operations in a fast-paced environment. The RSM is responsible for building relationships with customers, leading by example, and ensuring the store meets its sales goals while providing exceptional service.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior wireless sales experience is required.
• High school degree or GED is necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to motivate and guide the retail team.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all functions including sales and inventory.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to customers.
• Build and deepen relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new processes.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to appropriate channels.
