About The Position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom is responsible for leading a retail team to embody the T-Mobile brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing store operations, achieving sales goals, and fostering a positive shopping experience for customers. The RSM acts as a brand ambassador, demonstrating products and services while building meaningful relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (45 hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to motivate and guide the retail team.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all functions including sales and inventory.

• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new processes.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.
