About The Position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom is responsible for leading a retail team to embody the T-Mobile brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The RSM acts as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with customers and guiding their shopping journey while managing store functions and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week).

• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding processes.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to appropriate channels.
