About The Position
PacifiCorp is seeking customer-centric candidates to grow and sustain our commitment to a culture of customer service excellence, environmental sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion. The T&D Data Scientist II provides technical support on complex and business critical projects related to wildfire mitigation, asset performance, and T&D Operations across six states. This role leverages large data sets including weather, environmental, outage, vegetation, and grid attributes to inform long term risk analysis and aid in decision making. The Data Scientist works alongside senior leadership to develop tools and analysis and inform the future of data driven decisions. Additionally, the role involves developing presentations for senior management and recommending and implementing changes to meet company goals.
