The position of the Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects at various stages, overseeing projects from pre-construction to closeouts. Project Managers will work with the Estimating department during the bid process, analyze blueprints/specifications, review proposals/project requirements, understand and ensure adherence with contracts, secure required permits/utility services, coordinate materials procurement, ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal/state laws including OSHA, provide status updates and maintain documentation records. Responsibilities include customer interaction, material requisition, submittal compilation, purchase orders, on-site job walk-throughs, change orders request for information, pay application support, scheduling of resources and equipment, and close-out of documents. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Some travel required. Candidates must be located in the Greater Richmond Area, or willing to relocate. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
