The overall purpose of the role is to serve as a strategic bridge between Global Finance Center (GFC) Operations and IT, facilitating seamless deployment and transformation of financial systems and tools. The role involves driving process efficiency through system automation, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives, leading the identification, evaluation, and implementation of improvement opportunities across finance operations using technology and analytics, and supporting operations in reviewing and developing internal applications, BI dashboards, and automation solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between GFC Operations and BPO/IT for tool deployments, change requests, enhancements, and incident resolution.
  • Analyze finance processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and lead end-to-end project execution including planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, drive governance, and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, business process owners, and IT throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and hypercare; maintain comprehensive project documentation and deploy user training programs across impacted sites.
  • Lead automation and transformation initiatives, including development of BI dashboards, power apps and agents.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and attend workshops, conferences, and other forums as needed.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in Accounting / Finance / Engineering.
  • Proficient in Power BI or equivalent tools for large-scale data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities using AI and other technologies (e.g., power platform).
  • Strong capability in preparing detailed Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs) that clearly define business needs, functional requirements, and system specifications.
  • Experience in handling large implementation projects / improvement projects.
  • 15 years of experience in finance roles with a strong focus on data analytics and systems transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Clear and impactful communication with stakeholders at all levels.
