Systems Test Engineer
About The Position
In this role you will be responsible for performing test engineering activities for RF/Microwave products and sub-assemblies developed for commercial, military and space markets. You will plan and execute test tasks that include interpreting test requirements, writing test plans, designing test hardware, designing test software and testing and debugging deliverable hardware for commercial, military, and space markets. This includes activity for both RF and digital testing of modules. Requirements
- 3+ years of module and/or systems integration and test
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- US citizenship required
- Up to 10% travel
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with programming in one or more languages such as C#, Python, or C++
- Working knowledge of RF amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, and transceivers
- Working knowledge of programming and controlling test equipment through SCPI commands
- Working knowledge of object oriented programming
- An understanding of test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, digital signal generators, power meters, and noise figure meters
- Security clearance: secret or higher
