This role is for a Systems Technician who will contribute to specific programs and projects by developing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. The position involves providing installation and troubleshooting support for systems applications and related peripheral hardware, deploying new hardware and software, and upgrading existing installations. The technician will also prepare and maintain documentation for computer systems and operations, provide incident response, and perform complex customer support tasks. There is potential to serve as a team or task lead and coach less-experienced professionals.
