The Systems Technician provides best in class support of end users via Clune’s Service Desk. Responsibilities include maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions and supporting the internal IT helpdesk. This individual will bring a customer focused approach to meet continuous service delivery demands. The Systems Technician must be available to travel to regional offices, as well as occasionally provide support during on-call hours.
