PURPOSE: Employee is expected to support and maintain systems and to educate users. The employee should be alert to all user needs and carry out tasks and responsibilities for the job. These include high quality professional service, thorough and accurate documentation, and a willingness to work closely with coworkers, administrators and managers. Prompt assistance to other units/departments is expected, as well as prompt assistance within the employee's own unit/department. They should be capable of identifying, correcting and reporting any system malfunctions. The employee is expected to carry out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
